Yes. For pieces priced above $1,000, we offer a private layaway plan: a 25% deposit reserves the piece, the balance is paid over a schedule we agree on together, and the piece ships once it is paid in full. If you change your mind within 7 days of placing your deposit, we will refund the deposit in full. To arrange layaway on a piece, contact our concierge before purchasing and we will set it up for you.

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is being prepared for shipment.

Absolutely. Every shipment from Kanz Tatreez is fully insured for the complete purchase value. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Each piece is made by hand and no two garments share exactly the same measurements. For the best fit, take your own measurements and add at least 2 inches for comfort. A larger garment can be altered by your favourite seamstress, but a smaller garment cannot be made bigger — please be careful on that point. We do not alter garments and we do not accept returns. All sales are final, so please be sure your measurements and the additional inches for comfort are accurate. If you are ordering from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, at no fee — see our Return Policy (/policies/returns) for complete details.

We do not offer exchanges: all sales are final. Please contact us immediately -- ideally within 48 hours of delivery -- with photographs of the damage and your order number. Damaged or defective pieces are always made right at no cost to you: we provide a prepaid, insured return label and either replace the piece or issue a full refund with no restocking fee.

Every piece is made by our own team — 80+ full-time seamstresses working in Palestine and Jordan. Kanz Tatreez controls the entire hand manufacturing process end to end, from cutting to the final stitch, so authenticity isn't something we verify after the fact — it's built in from the start. Each garment is hand-sewn by Palestinian and Jordanian women.

Kanz Tatreez authenticity is guaranteed: every piece is hand-sewn by our own team of seamstresses in Palestine and Jordan, under our direct oversight from start to finish. If you ever have a concern, contact us immediately with your order number and we will look into it with you.

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your payment processor or credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Yes! We offer three tiers of gift wrapping for all orders, including international: a complimentary branded gift box, a premium wrap with satin ribbon, and a luxury presentation with a handwritten note card. Gift wrap selections are available during checkout and are carefully packaged to withstand international transit.

Kanz Tatreez is an online-only shop. We do not have a storefront or showroom to visit — every order is packed and shipped directly to you.

Our online shop is open 24 hours a day, every day, so you can place an order whenever suits you. Because we have no public storefront, there are no walk-in hours. Our business hours run on Mountain Standard Time year round, as we do not observe daylight saving time.
