If we accept your commission, a 50% deposit ($1,150.00) is invoiced then, and the balance is collected before your piece is completed. Every bridal or fully custom piece begins with a custom sketch ($500). Ordered with us, it is deducted from your total; it is non-refundable otherwise.

When a piece has finished its season with you, Kanz will take it back in exchange for store credit through our thobe buy-back, or keep its tatreez alive in another form through repurposing. Each is arranged by conversation, piece by piece.
