International ordering isn't open yet — we currently ship within the United States only. When it opens, we'll ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis: you pay the item and the live carrier rate at checkout, and any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are collected by the carrier or customs authority when your order is delivered — never prepaid by us. Tatreez is Palestinian hand embroidery — patient, stitch-by-stitch work carried out by our own team of seamstresses in Palestine and Jordan, who see the piece through from start to finish. It's a long way from the Eastern Mediterranean to Australia, and every piece that makes the trip carries that craft with it: the same hands, the same tradition, now part of a home on the other side of the world.

International shipping to Australia typically takes 10-18 business days. We use tracked and insured shipping for all international orders.
International ordering isn't open yet — we currently ship within the United States only. When it opens, orders to Australia will ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): import charges are settled on delivery, paid by you. Australian GST is 10% of the total value. We are not publishing a customs duty estimate for hand-embroidered apparel, and we are not applying any trade-agreement preference such as AUSFTA: that preference turns on rules of origin, and our garments are hand-embroidered in Palestine and only shipped from the United States, not made there. The Australian Border Force or the carrier will assess what is owed.
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a prepaid return label.
Every piece is carefully packaged in our signature gift box with protective padding, placed in a sturdy shipping container. All international orders are fully insured.
