Tatreez is Palestinian hand embroidery — patient, stitch-by-stitch work carried out by our own team of seamstresses in Palestine and Jordan, who see the piece through from start to finish. Every piece that crosses into Canada carries that craft with it: the same hands, the same tradition, now part of a home north of the border.

Shipping to Canada typically takes 7-14 business days. As our closest international neighbor, Canadian deliveries are among our fastest international shipments.

When it opens, orders to Canada will ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): import charges are settled on delivery, paid by you. You will pay GST (5%) or HST (5-15%) depending on your province. We are not publishing a customs duty estimate for hand-embroidered apparel, and we are not applying any trade-agreement preference such as CUSMA: that preference turns on rules of origin, and our garments are hand-embroidered in Palestine and only shipped from the United States, not made there. The CBSA or the carrier will assess what is owed.
