Tatreez is Palestinian hand embroidery — patient, stitch-by-stitch work carried out by our own team of seamstresses in Palestine and Jordan, who see the piece through from start to finish. It's a long way from the Eastern Mediterranean to Japan, and every piece that makes the trip carries that craft with it: the same hands, the same tradition, now part of a home on the other side of the world.
Prices listed in USD. Your payment provider converts to JPY at the current exchange rate.

International ordering isn't open yet — we currently ship within the United States only. When it opens, orders to Japan will ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): import charges are settled on delivery, paid by you. Japan's consumption tax is 10% of the declared value including shipping. We are not publishing a customs duty estimate for hand-embroidered apparel, and we are not applying any trade-agreement preference such as the US-Japan Trade Agreement: that preference turns on rules of origin, and our garments are hand-embroidered in Palestine and only shipped from the United States, not made there. Japan Customs or the carrier will assess what is owed.
Yes, we accept JCB along with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Each piece is presented in our signature gift box, carefully cushioned and sealed in a protective shipping container. We understand the importance of presentation in Japanese gift-giving culture.
