When it opens, we'll ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis: you pay the item and the live carrier rate at checkout, and any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are collected by the carrier or customs authority when your order is delivered — never prepaid by us. Tatreez is Palestinian hand embroidery — patient, stitch-by-stitch work carried out by our own team of seamstresses in Palestine and Jordan, who see the piece through from start to finish. When a piece ships to the United Kingdom, it carries that craft with it: the same hands, the same needle-and-thread tradition, now part of a home an ocean away.

Standard international shipping to the United Kingdom typically takes 7-14 business days. All orders include tracking and insurance.

When it opens, orders to the United Kingdom will ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): you pay the item and the live carrier rate at checkout, and import charges are settled on delivery, paid by you. UK import VAT is 20% of the declared value. We are not publishing a customs duty estimate for hand-embroidered apparel yet — duty depends on the garment's tariff classification, and we will not quote a figure we cannot stand behind. HMRC or the carrier will assess it before your piece is released.
Customers in the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — you may return your purchase for any reason within this period for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
